Scholarship Criteria

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

1. A female student, currently matriculating full-time
2. Financial need
3. One parent of Italian or Italian/American descent
4. Minimum cumulative 3.5 Grade Point Average

TO APPLY, PLEASE SUBMIT:

1. Completed application form (click here to download the form)
2. An essay (double spaced, two pages or less) that addresses the question: How has being an Italian American impacted you, personally and professionally?
3. Official college transcript
4. Current curriculum vitae or resume
5. Two letters of recommendation
   - One academic
   - One personal or professional
6. A $25 non-refundable processing fee

All required materials must be in one package and postmarked no later than March 20, 2012.  Official transcripts may be mailed separately.  Applications and required materials postmarked after March 20, 2012 will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made. The NOIAW takes no responsibility for incomplete or late applications.
